  • Where are you located?
Putāruru! We run workshops all over the Central North Island though, most of our public workshops are in the Bay of Plenty or Waikato regions however we can travel for private workshops, however, there may be a travel fee charged.
  • Is there an age restriction on workshops?
No, anyone can attend the workshops! We just ask that if you do have a child under the age of 16, that they are accompanied by a ticket holding adult. We also would like to note that this is a chance for some people to have quality time, away from children so as much as you may like to bring your child, it may not be suitable for these workshops.
  • What is the minimum number of attendees you need for a workshop to go ahead?
We require a minimum of 8 attendees for a workshop - your workshop may get cancelled if we don't get the minimum number of attendees. We will contact you via email if this is the case.
  • What shall I do if I can no longer make it to a workshop?
If you have purchased a ticket, please contact us with at least 24 hours' notice. We do understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise though and in that case please contact us at your earliest availability. We can offer you a name change so a friend or family member can attend on your behalf, you may be able to use the credit towards another workshop in the future or potentially in rare cases, a full refund will be provided. Please contact us to discuss your options.
  • Can I bring my own food and drinks?
If you want to supply your own food and drinks, feel free! Most of our workshops have refreshments or snacks included in the price of your ticket. We do understand that due to dietary requirements, you may want to bring your own though.
  • Do I get to keep what I make?
YES of course! We will teach you all of the skills you need to even recreate these treasures at home too! Please note that if your work needs drying or firing, we may have to organise shipping or collection at a later date.
